Nexø Hostel - Payment terms

In the section below, you can read how to pay for your stay and what conditions there are for changing and canceling your reservation.

When you book a stay at Nexø Hostel, we will send you an email with an order confirmation, payment terms and an overview card showing how to access the room on the day of arrival.

Payment of online booking from an OTA, Eg booking.com, Hotel.com m.m.
When booking online, you enter your credit card information in the payment module and the amount is deducted from your credit card in accordance with the agreement with the relevant OTA.

Payment of online booking via www.nexøhostel.dk
When booking online, enter your credit card information in the payment module and the amount will be deducted from your credit card. You are insured in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Payment of booking made by mail or phone
When you book a stay by phone or email, you will receive an order confirmation by email from Nexø Hostel with payment instructions. Payment can be made in several ways: 1. via the included payment link. 2. via MobilePay 82211 / Møbelfabrikken. 3. via bank reg. 0658 account. 8967 657 566. For foreign payments: IBAN: DK812008967657566. Please note the payment deadline noted in the booking. Remember to state the booking number at the time of transfer so we know which booking the payment relates to.

Terms – change of reservation when booking via OTA
Online bookings from OTA, ”e.g. on these have been described previously ”, this can only be done via the OTA platform you have used.

For bookings made on our website www.nexøhostel.dk, or by email, telephone directly at Nexø Hostel, the booking can be changed up to 3 days before arrival at. 12. BUT only to the extent that we have the capacity and opportunity to fulfill the request, and only within one month in the calendar, and there can never be compensation, as it is solely a service opportunity we give our guests. Contact us at info@nexohostel.dk or at +45 7022 0898 and state how the booking is to be changed. The phone is open at 9 am – 2 pm  Monday to Friday. Changing a booking can be done on weekends and public holidays to info@nexohostel.dk On weekends, the email is only available to us to a limited extent.

Terms – cancellation of reservation
Is the booking made via OTA, ”e.g. on these OTAs, have been described previously ”, this can only be done via the OTA platform you have used and on their terms.

For bookings made via www.nexøhostel.dk, email or telephone directly at Nexø Hostel, the booking can be canceled up to 30 days before arrival. In this case, you will get your money back minus an administration fee of DKK 200 per. room. In case of later cancellation, the full amount is due.

Cancellation policy in case of Corona restrictions
If there is a ban / recommendation against one or more of the following conditions:

Travel between your place of residence and Bornholm
Travel to / from Bornholm by plane
Travel to / from Bornholm by ferry
Please note that the possibility of and being able to cancel the booking due to Corona restrictions requires that there is a ban or a recommendation from the Danish government or the National Board of Health.

If your cancellation is due to one or more of the above conditions, you are free to cancel your booking up to 3 days before your planned arrival date. The full amount, less an administration fee of DKK 200 per. room, refundable. Cancellation due to personal wishes or reasons is not valid and can not be accepted as a valid reason for and cancel the stay.
